Request representative access so your business or community location can submit factual updates, temporary changes, Open Doors commitments, community offers and host opportunities for OLMVO review.
What access does—and does not—mean
OLMVO verifies the claimant’s relationship to the location before activating access.
Authorized location users may submit business-provided facts; OLMVO reviews them before they become live.
Business users cannot edit OLMVO operational reviews or Member-reported experience.
Claiming a location or joining Open Doors is not an accessibility certification.
OLMVO does not share Member identity through the Location Console.
