How OLMVO Works

Start with what you want to do next.

OLMVO has two different customer journeys today: disability-first Community Experiences and Career Support for people with and without disabilities. Both are built around choice, clear next steps, and honest boundaries.

OLMVO Community

From “maybe someday” to a real next step.

Community Experiences center adults with disabilities. The current public entry point is an interest list while Pilot operations are prepared.

  1. 1

    Discover

Start with things you actually want to do. OLMVO organizes local options around interests and practical information rather than sending you through a generic resource directory.

  2. 2

    Know before you go

Review the cost, location, source information, and the access details OLMVO actually knows. Unknown stays unknown instead of being turned into an accessibility promise.

  3. 3

    Choose your support

Go independently, use support you already have, or request Participation Partner support when that option is available. You decide what fits.

OLMVO Career

More than another job board.

Career Support welcomes people with and without disabilities and focuses on execution, organization, and customer approval.

  1. 1

    Find

Start with the roles, locations, schedule, and work preferences that fit your goals.

  2. 2

    Prepare & approve

Organize materials and review specific opportunities before supported application work moves forward.

  3. 3

    Apply, track & follow up

Keep applications, next actions, and interview preparation in one workflow. OLMVO stops for you when an assessment, MFA, attestation, disclosure, or unknown information requires your action.

Choice stays with you.

OLMVO can organize options and support next steps. It does not make personal, disclosure, or career decisions for you.

Technology helps quietly.

AI and automation may help organize information or prepare drafts, but they are not the product and do not replace human review.

Support has boundaries.

OLMVO is non-clinical. Community Participation Partners are not therapists, caregivers, emergency supervisors, or personal-vehicle transportation providers.

Which path fits what you need?
