Apply as a Participation Partner
Support Members in real community Experiences while respecting their choices, boundaries, privacy, and independence.
What the role does
Help a Member prepare for, navigate, and participate in agreed community Experiences; encourage choice and follow-through; use OLMVO’s safety and escalation process.
What the role does not do
No therapy, medical care, personal care, financial management, emergency supervision, or transporting Members in your personal vehicle.
Pilot commitment
OLMVO will confirm current geographic availability, dates, expected hours, and Experience commitments before final selection.
Compensation & work terms
OLMVO plans for Pilot Participation Partner work to be paid. The final work arrangement, rate, paid-training terms, expenses/reimbursement and cancellation/no-show terms will be disclosed before you accept a final role commitment.
Selection steps: application → OLMVO review → conversation/interview if appropriate → references → Participation Partner screening/readiness → final selection/onboarding.
Required training/readiness and escalation support are part of the Pilot. Submitting this form does not make you qualified, screened, or selected.
Member choice stays at the center.
Participation Partners help Members participate in Experiences they choose. The role does not replace the Member’s decisions or become open-ended case management.
